   Father Christmas traditionaly wore green, blue or purple. Without mentioning any names, it was a famous soft drinks company who first depicted him in red. And that’s the way he stayed!

   Hi, D’Ana.

   The cards are available as free downloads, subject to the “Rules of the Road” in the right sidebar. To get a card, just double-click on one of the card images on this page to make a larger version appear. If you’re using a PC you can then save the image to your hard drive by right-clicking your mouse. I’m not sure how you do it with a Mac.

   This site is awesome. In the first years of marriage my irish husband had a green santa and it was destroyed and i have now found a green santa to make an ornament to remind him of the old one he had. I would reccommend this site to anyone desiring vintage art. Thank you very much.
